LHP Barry Zito pitch overlays

Consistency of mechanics can be compared on different pitches by overlaying video clips and correlating them to the release point.

First up is a comparison of two Zito fastballs. Second comparison is a fastball and a curveball.

Low levels of 'ghosting' suggests high consistency, higher levels of 'ghosting' suggests lower mechanical consistency between the deliveries being compared.
