Interpol - Specialist v.2 - Soundcheck Atlanta GA 9.21.07

this is the 2nd version of 'the Specialist'.
i was very excited to hear the Specialist sounchecked @ the Raleigh, Orlando, and Atlanta shows. i just knew that they were going to play it in Atlanta, because they soundchecked it twice, they didn't in Raleigh nor Orlando. well as much as the ATL loves Interpol, we weren't so lucky. Later i found out they performed it in New Orleans 2 nites later. :[
Standing outside the door to the Tabernacle. i was able to hear Interpol's soundcheck fairly well.. occaisionally you will hear background noise, cars/trucks.

Yeah I really want to meet them to I'm getting the chils I'm seeing them tommorrow, Yay hopefully they'll play The Specialist for me ahh heaven.

it was either Carlos or Daniel that fell ill during their show last nite in Portland, and they did not perform the encore, which included the Specialist.. aaaah! that sucks.

well this was the third interpol show for me in 1 week, so i knew what to expect. it wasn't so bad, but anxiously waiting to hear them perform this live was a little uneasy. i haven't been so lucky to see that yet, i just have to go by this!

when they come to México to promote Antics i was outside the forum and they start to play "sweet child o mine" from guns and roses in the soundcheck jaja weird ah? then they cut that song and starts to play specialist, but they didn´t play spclst in the concert.

they usually start their soundchecks around 4. here they started right on the dot. the other 2 times it was a little after 4. i got to this venue at 1 o'clock!

hangout after the show, they usually come out and sign stuff. also keep an ear out for any kind of after party/where they might be hanging out. i was able to hangout w/them back in june in virginia @ a bar called Hell's Kitchen.

I've seen them twice, and in november I'm seeing them for the third time, but I want to meet them!
