LOL, this is why I don't debate with the neo-khawarij aka wahhabis, they simply reject whatever evidence you provide if it disagrees with what is done in Najd. I wonder how many of you lived under communism HOW DARE YOU judge the Chechen sufis. It's a miracle that Islam survived at all.

We're are sunnis, followers of words and actions of the Prophet. As we all know Prophet did not do this.

The Ethiopians danced in front of the Prophet (saw) with their drums and spears singing "Mohammed is a righteous servant". Ja'far ibn Abi Talib danced in front of the Prophet (S) when the Prophet told him, "You resemble me in looks and in character" and the Prophet (s) didn't condemn either of these. There are more proofs too, but im limited to only 500 characters. Just because wahhabis don't do it does not make it an innovation.

why do you need to prance around to remember Allah, its more spiritual to look be alone in dark, quiet room or outside at night looking at the stars and contemplate.

Humans like to dance, why not invent dancing in Islam so they can do both at the same time. Is this what you call worship or praising of Allah? Why then Muhammad did not teach this? if this brings us closer to Allah. Read Quran, Pray, Give Charity, Help others and always in your heart remember Allah. Dancing will not help you.

Innovators!!! Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) did not jump and dance to get closer to Allah, Muhammad offered Salah (Prayers) to get closer to Allah. If this dancing would be helpful the Prophet would teach us it. Our hearts should remember Allah. Sufies made this up.
