Lol, I can hit all the notes in this song and I'm 20. It just takes proper vocal training and learning to utilize your falsetto properly for the key change. however before the keychange you should be using your full voice.

Not most people's falsetto's are weak at the top of their normal voice. Besides... Bon Jovi doesn't use falsetto here at all. It's all tenor power. Falsetto would sound gay in this song.
