The injustice that has been served to the First Nation Tribes is appalling. US citizens should be ashamed of how the First Nation has been treated so unfairly; and it's STILL going on! You remind me so much of the Jewish people. Your tribe has its grounds and the Jewish people have Israel, but everybody else wants to make war and not peace with the First Nation and with the Jews. It makes me sick. Has your case gone to the high court yet? I noticed this video was done 10 mos. ago.

I.e.: charge you, then dismiss those charges.

They let you go because they know they'd lose in court, if it actually did go to court. It's your inherent rights. So when they dismiss the charges, they avoid it going to court, and you can't do anything in their court. The key here is to get them to keep the charges, then challenge it. However, it IS their court, and not our ways. They've done this all over Great Turtle Island ("North America").
