  • I have interviewed tons of people and I DO want to know where they grew up and how they came to be where they are now in their life. I do NOT want to hear a standard phoney answer. I want to learn about the person I am going to be paying 250k a year to in all respects, not just their education and job background, I have education and job background information already. A good interviewer already knows if the person is qualified for the job.
