Carol of the Bells (Shchedryk) - Ukrainian Chorus Dumka

The "Ukrainian Chorus Dumka" performed a Christmas Concert in Perth Amboy, New Jersey at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption on Dec 13 2009. Here they sing the famous "Carol of the Bells" or "Shchedryk" arranged by M. Leontovych. The concert was conducted by Vasyl Hrechynsky.

What sound system? Thee was none. The video was recorded on a $100 pocket digital camera. Over 9000 hits already.

Why I like old people ;) personally, I like my Ukraine Bell Carols wit more legato, but that's just me. I feel like if you preform it heavy staccato like that you should blast it ^-^ still, credit where credit is due, thumbs up, if you understand what I just said, thank a music teacher.

sopranos aren't really comfortable with being sopranos: they started a little low, and then fell down almost a whole tone on top of it... poor basses must be drowning down there
