Bellydance Ice Breakers

World bellydance day

is a day allocated by dancers around the world to promote bellydance as a beautiful dance form. In Singapore, Peoples Association (PA) bellydance trainer Veni K (Kevy) organised World Bellydance day 2009 together with her community centre students and dancers.

On that day bellydance students from various CCs as well as public and friends attended the event. To promote community bonding, bellydance and friendship among all, an ice-breaker impromptu dance contest was held. A student leader had to choreograph a mini-dance for ladies in her group who were selected from the audience. Loads of fun, making new friends, learning a new culture and celebrating femininity.
