Sergio Vellatti - My Way (Frank Sinatra Cover)

REQUEST: "My Way" was a song written by Paul Anka for Frank Sintra as he was nearing his retirement in 1968. The melody is that of the French song "Comme D'habitude" composed by Claude François and Jacques Revaux. Anka's English lyrics are unrelated to the original French by Claude François and Gilles Thibaut.

Proceeding his two year "hiatus" and return to the stage, "My Way" became a fan favorite and a staple in Frank Sinatra's musical repertoire; often sang to conclude his performance.

He's not Sinatra.........many people have tried to sing this song. I think Elvis came as close to the best as anyone!  Mr. Vellatti certainly sings it well but this is a very difficult song to complete with the best. It's just my opinion.

Sergio, i sang this song tonight for the school talent show... a capella.. it was sorta on a whim unprepared =/

I was really nervous but man as i was singing i was picturing you in my head (in your new york new york video) and you INSPIRED me and i PUSHED through it!

Everyone was laughing at me throughout the whole performance.. it made me very nervous because at the beginning i started a bit off key and it was a bit shaky (trying to find the pitch )
