i lived in Alamogordo 1956-62. I realy miss the storms. The best. Once going to White Sands we drove from 100% sun into 100% torrent rain in a second. It was a line on the hiway and you could see what was coming. Or winter of 1960 it hit -14*f. Or we would find dust devils in vacant lots, like near Oregon Elementry school, and jump inside the hole of the dust devil and run thru the desert. I have been back in 1987,2000,2001.

Hi, we reallly liked your video! I have 4 boys and we just got back from a trip there. We loved it there! So much to do w/lil boys there, lizard hunting on all the trails, white sands sledding, going up to the moutians ect... Still a small town feel but growing. Thanks again.

Hello :). Really Nice Pictures you have there, I used to Live in Alamo but recently moved to minnesota. This video makes me miss it down there a lot, sometimes you don't realize how much u like it somewhere until you leave. But great video!
