  • when you "sit on the throne of consciousness" during meditation - are you in effect understanding the neurone pathways you've formed? can this be seen on an mri scan?

    can the pathways be associated to attitudes and self image the world has programmed for you due to not having the benefit of maditation until later in life?

    It is very enlightening and the present need is to have such great souls come to Gurdwaras to share this knwledge with Sangat,not so easy but certainly worth trying.
