hello im 150lbs and must stay that weight for powerlifting comp in nine weeks,then i shall start preparing for bodybuilding comp in sept and oct 09,hoping to drop to around 135 ish depending on how i look, first things first,i must go and win the national's love to all

Do you do your dips only on tricep day, or everytime you lift? I was wondering b/c I used to do mine everytime I lift. Great job, a litttttle bit longer vid next time? Nice though! 5/5
