Time is the stupidest and most overhyped magazine in the world. Consider this, Time chose Hitler as their man of the year, and Stalin, twice! Putin is a great man, but not because Time chose him as the man of the year. And if you read the very beginning of Putin interview with Time, you'll know why I think Time is retarded and idiotic.

Russia is only 3% of world economy.
EU is 25%, China is 12%.
Over 80% of Russian export is export of natural resources.

i agree putin is the best for russian economy, i think they see the modern chinese capitalists growing on a staggering scale & think they may need to take heed, chinas economy & industrial manufacturing now dwarfs russias
