Gauging Stretching My Nose Septum - 8 gauge to 6 gauge

Just taking my Septum piercing to a larger size. I think that'll do it for now. Back to my ears maybe? I apologize for my recent 'God' comments if they offend. I've only recently freed myself from believing and I guess I, yap about it ehh and stuff.
