Do you want to be awesome in everyday life? Well here's a great idea to help others and make a difference in the world around you! We've all heard of random acts of kindness, but think about it: how can you use your influence to help and support people around you? Well here's a couple of quick ideas. First, you can expose a great, but lesser known person to everybody you know. Second, when you're with people, be there 100% - give them your full time and attention. And finally, if you have someone in your life, maybe it's an employee, make sure that you fill them up with praise and expose their brand to everybody above you, so that they look good and feel good about their job. So shifting your focus away from yourself and onto other people around you makes you feel good and makes the world a better place. I'm Tim Tyrell-Smith, founder and marketing coach at Tim's Strategy.
