Como um rio que corre para o mar, correntezas carregam o medo
Confiança para atravessar as fronteiras do Eu derradeiro

Like a river that flows to the sea, currents carry the fear.
Trust in order to cross, the frontier of the Ultimate self.

Não há desculpas para se escorar, já foi dito e a hora é essa
O Tempo é de se integrar, abraçando o que ainda resta
