@modjrisawesome Is there a "Phantom" fireworks store in okc, no but there is a different brand of fireworks there, I think TNT. If you want to know if there are firework store near you, do what I did, go to google or something and put fireworks store near okc and you find anwser.

yes, their hours change, they're open longer during the holidays (esp 4th of July of course), but they stay open all year long-at least the one in Boardman, OH does. It's one of their bigger stores.
