Palm Pre Smartphone Review!

The good:
The Palm Pre's multitasking capabilities and notifications system are unparalleled. The smartphone features a vibrant display with multitouch functionality as well as a solid Web browser and good multimedia integration. The Pre offered good call quality and wireless options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.

The bad:
The Pre's keyboard is cramped. Battery life drains quickly and the smartphone can be sluggish at times. Lacks expansion slot, video-recording capabilities, onscreen keyboard, and Flash support. The Pre App Catalog is still in beta with a limited number of titles.

The bottom line:
Despite some missing features and performance issues that make it less than ideal for on-the-go professionals, the Palm Pre offers gadget lovers and consumers well-integrated features and unparalled multitasking capabilities. The hardware could be better, but more importantly, Palm has developed a solid OS that not only rivals the competition but also sets a new standard in the way smartphones handle tasks and manage information.

This isn't a good review. It doesn't show facts its only that persons opinion, not very professional.

The ability to multitask shoots the iPhone out of the water. If you need to go between google maps and texting someone directions... there's no comparison.

On my final note, I run a small business and having a single device that will take all of my personal and and professional contacts and information is a true blessing.

@GamerzUtube Totally agree! Tried one in store I COULD BARELY USE IT AT ALL! My cousin had a Pixi and got rid of it after a few weeks! She was going on the other night about how crappy it was.

I think this Cha woman hates Palm, she gave a bad review for the Treo Pro as well and recommended HTC Touch Pro instead (which has a much less responsive screen and is a lot slower and bigger than the Treo Pro).

And she didn't say anything about the gestures area or the fact that the Pre relies on applications that are very similar to web applications which means they are easy to make thus we will see a lot of them).

how does it not show facts? for example she talked about the pre's bad battery life. is that a fact or not? O_O and the multiple apps aka cards, is that a fact or not? and the design she described is an opinion but it's also a fact to a degree and that type of description is common in reviews. any review will have some personal opinions in it.
