I agree! For me there are few stars today that are attractive to both men and women. This one of the many reasons why I find such classic stars so interesting, some of them are so handsome and attractive even members of the opposite sex agree! :)

Forgive me, I meant 'not necessarily' in reply to my own comment, not yours so please do not be offended:) I agree, his voice is so nice to listen to also, and whnever he is on the screen you just cannot help but watch him because his presence is so hard to ignore, and of course, ver attractive;). He was one of the greats, I can't get over how beautifully handsome he really was:)

@Sinatrafan12 ha ha nope I didn't take offense at all I didn't think you were contradicting me.but yes Olivier has a eternal star quality doesn't he and quite universal, for instance there are some actors who only women like (or fancy) and some actresses that only men like (or fancy) if you catch my drift, now then if you can have the qualities to not engender jealousy with members of your same sex and attractiveness to the opposite sex then your a star!.I'm personally working on this myself.LOL

@Sinatrafan12 Yeah and I think if someone is both handsome and beautiful at the same time they have so many endearing qualities about them and this kind of sums up Olivier he is one of my favourite actors of all time I just have to watch him, he has such a screen presence which is attractive to both men and women and not necessarily in a sexual way;)

@mitsymagicful No, not necessarily. I agree, handsome is elegance, charm, and being attractive. I think Garson and Leigh can be handsome to look at, but on the screen they are indeed very feminine. For me, Olivier is beautiful as well as handsome, opposed to Cary who is just handsome.:)

@Sinatrafan12 Yeah true..Carty Grant isn't beautiful... but is 'handsome' necessarily boyish?.. to me the word evokes a kind of elegance in both sexes for instance Vivien Leigh is handsome and so is Greer Garson both featured in my video but they are very feminine aren't they?
