This is where the rubber meets the road. People can talk learnedly all they like about flashers and flashing, but the simple fact of the matter is that women simply do not know how to react to a flash. This woman is a case in point. I am standing on a platform above her and she has a good upshorts view of the goodies. And she does not know whether to look or not to look. So she tries to do both. At times she looks determinedly away, other times she takes a good look, no doubt experiencing a substantial amount of conflict in the process. That is why I maintain that FLASHING 101 should be a mandatory course in all women's educational curricula - because they WILL get flashed!
