We had like 8 feet of snow in 2 days in february 2008 in Quebec, Canada
The wether network said we've had around 20' of acumulation this winter

That snow was bad. Here in my part of Pennsylvania...(about 60 miles South of Pittsburgh)...we saw the snow as deep as 39 inches. That was the deepest I have ever saw the snow in my life. The blizzard of February 2010 will not soon be forgotten.

looks like somewhat dry snow. those trucks wouldn't be able to push that much wet snow by driving that slow
