Quick tour highlights of one of my ten regions on OSgrid. The regions are all associated with the two virtual libraries:

American Indian Library

which is devoted to issues and history of Native American Indians, and the

Wolf reference library

which is devoted to issues, education and advocacy for preserving wild canids (wolves, fox, coyotes) as a vital part of the natural wildlife eco-system.

The libraries feature unique scripted "books" which contain information about the books, reviews, and links to purchase used copies. There are also some displays, poster and static displays as well.

Eight of the ten regions are all done in a natural 1800's Western Prairie themed set depicting some ideas of what it was like before cities, highways and roads, and carving up the lands for cattle ranches, farms and private property.

To visit you will need to go to OSgrid.org and register for an account, and download one of the viewers. If you are already familiar with Second Life and HAVE a viewer already, then in the Grid manager of the viewer the url to enter there for OSgrid is: http://login.osgrid.org/

Set the starting region to "new mexico" and log in, you should land on my main region.
