  • Sometimes I binge to get it all out of me (the urge), so that I can make myself sick of food. Ever since I got back from Maui (passed weekend), I've been eating pretty well. Having more control, and smaller binges. So I'm kind of happy about that. Today I thought I would binge since my mom bought so much food from Costco. I was kind of mad//terrified//totally calm when I walked in the door and saw all that new 'b/p' food in the kitchen. But surprisingly and fortunately, I didn't want it.

  • I am not sure if you realize how much progress you've made today but I see it and many others who read your comment will too. I am so proud of you. We are all rooting for you. Horray for every step forward you took today, this was major willpower.

  • yeah i guess i use binging as an excuse for dealing with stuff

  • our demons are our teachers

    thanx for this

  • You are amazing. I really love to listen to you

  • p.s. i don't even NEED to try to accept you, i already have

  • i can NOT believe how right on how you are about this.. the first 1:30 is AMAZINGLY true even not for me but for people who surround me.

  • I agree so much with what you said! Last night I had a fight with my sister...and so i was upset about that...but within an hour I was no longer upset about the fight but about how much I had just eaten...I think for me, overeating is about controlling what I am upset about...I can't control my sister but I can control why I am upset...
