I called XM Satellite Radio to address a billing issue. I've been trying to resolve this for over six months. I decided to share what a pain it is to deal with these people.

  • UPDATE: In June, the circus started all over again. I called and came unglued on them and cancelled the service. They came back and gave me three months free service and now I pay less than half of what I used to pay. Morons.

  • Go to their site, log in, and edit/delete your cards like you want them. Unfortunately, we still have to deal with the CS reps to cancel, but for everything else - just do it yourself online.

  • @hjkdillon Yes there is, one in davenport IA, one in cedar rapids ia, Arizona, Nebraska, and etc. The thing with siriusxm that they have companys for them providing the Customer Service. More of CS is outsourced but Our departments have CS, Retention, And Dealer Support. Advice, 18009987900 is a better phone number to call for the states.

  • It's a system issue. not with the rep

  • I actually work for customer service for siriusxm and i have to deal with these situations daily, its always the forgein call centers who mess it up.
