@Sim151796 Wow...tanks for sharing your troubles and giving hope to landyn's parents..!!!

@InnocenceEternal Yes I agree but this kid was behind soooo far in his developments that's its hard to believe that it's all because of his upgaze disease
-
@HemaFTW I would think that since babies learn by watching, it would be very hard for them to concentrate on anything. He's probably struggling with trying to get his eyes in control that he can't focus on alot. Babies probably watch their parents mouths move and mimic what they see as well, so it might be harder if you can't see what others are doing around you.

I'm kind of baffled by the fact that they think the kid is like this just because he has thie upwards gaze thing. Not being able to control your eyes doesn't make you unable to crawl and talk and just do the basic stuff

@Sim151796 Thank you for sharing your experience. It sure gives hope to hear that. :)

@S11VII no, not untill they learn more about the disorder. once they learn more, they probably could do some sort of surgery.

im sorry but i have to correct the mom he's not a toddler she said he's three so he is considered a preschooler whether or not he is in preschool i learned it in a child develepment classs

@Djito It can depend on the severity. If you don't know how much it's going to affect your child, it can be terrifying. Also, parents just feel guilty that their child won't be able to do many of the things that most kids will do. It's a huge huge huge time and financial commitment. Not that parents wouldn't spend all that they could on their child, but it's, especially in the US, it can be upwards of 250,000 for therapies, medicine etc.

dis its so saad but his a cute baby
I'm sorry - but that kid has something more going on than just a diagnosis of the upgaze. He clearly has a more serious neurological problem and I hope they find out more. He is a very cute kid!
