@GodiAndTheWorld yeah i made it fat free.. i used fat free ricotta cheese n fat free condensd milk.. n fr sugar i dnt regret :) total 220 calories ;)

@aashimagrover did u just say fat-free ????? This is indeed one of the best indian desserts but this is far away from fat-free....they have an entire tub of condensed milk...ricotta cheese... so it probably has more than 1000 calories...if not more.

@nazarmba : Yes, you can. Cook it in a non-stick or a heavy bottomed pan on low heat and keep stirring....

@arpanasunilkumar : You will have to cook the milk down and make it into koya/mawa and that is the other way of making this sweet. That will need a different recipe and method of cooking.
