On the earth you cannot have a footprint without water because the particles are weathered down. On the moon however, the particles are not weathered so they can stick together without water. I am in the 7th grade and I know this. Learn your facts before you accuse people of lying.

There's NO air molecules between the particles, and they are much sharper than any Earth dust, due to no wind or water, so they stuck together in a way NO earthly particles can. You can't compare lunar environment to Earth. If You don't understand that, You don't understand physics.
