  • Good luck on NaNo. This is a fun event. I hope that this year I'll actually reach the 50,000 word goal.

  • Good luck to you also.

    Thanks for the comment!

  • Great video! Good luck. :)

  • Thanks!

  • I didn't participate last year because of similar reasons you state in your video. This year I decided to just jump in the pool.

Like you said, getting the words down is the most important thing regardless of coherentness. <--See what I did there. I knew that wasn't a word but I didn't care. I just typed it the way it came out and left it like that. lol

I'm adding you as a buddy on the Nano site.

  • YES! Wait to go with killing your inner editor and using the new word 'coherentness.' Although in NaNoWriMo world we like to replace one word with many wherever possible to improve the wordcount.

All jokes aside I was a little sad when I had to correct a factual error yesterday because "black and white" was one more word than "sepia tone." LOL

  • You're welcome. :)

  • That's such great advice. Thank you so much!

  • You can do it. Don't stress yourself over it. I'm adding you as a friend on the NaNo website. Maybe we can offer motivation. I know I need as much as I can get this year, ha. :)

It's really one of the best things you can do for yourself, trying to reach that goal. And if you don't, look at what you DID write, not what you didn't. :)

Best of luck from the US!
