Dr. Mark Cucuzzella, opened the nation's first minimalist shoe store, Two Rivers Treads, in Shepherdstown, West Virginia in 2010. An advocate of healthy, natural running, Mark is also the executive director of the Natural Running Center-- an online educational portal connecting coaches, trainers, footwear science experts, physicians, runners, and natural running stores.
The video is here of an impromptu family Sunday run in Shepherdstown revolving around Newton Running shoes, which is a popular brand sold in Two Rivers Treads.The cast is all local runners. Music is by Phil Maffetone.

We are not calling this "barefoot running" . Not sure where this is written or implied. This is better running mechanics in a diverse group of experienced and new runners. Newton Running was the first company to 100% embrace better running form and level shoes. Enjoy.
