Pulley action is very smooth.

I have it for 2 years now and it's still in very good condition ( no painting damaged ).

Wow nice gym man!....but why buy all those dumbells when you can just buy some dumbell bars and put whatever weight you want on them.

Thanks. I prefer to have a set of individual dumbells instead of dumbell bars as I can perform pyramid sets more effectivelly without having to add/remove weights.

It was my 40th birthday gift. I suppose my wife wanted to tell me that I'm out of shape.

Seriously, I made an investment on all that gear (HOIST cage, Ivanko barbell, plates, waterrower) as I do not have time to go to a gym.

Believe me, If you have the possibility there is nothing like having a home gym.

i have 2 adjustable dumbbells and a bench. 160lbs of weight total. sigh.
