F-18e I have about 2500 hrs in simulator very good aircraft to fly'.Air to ground capability impressive as well as air to air!!

In manouvreability the F-18 flies like a piano compared with SU-27/35/37 but probably is more advanced in avionics.

@fmoa - Absolutely the most maneuverable fighter without thrust vectoring. All of the maneuvering of "real" air combat could be performed without thrust vectoring, anyway, truth be told.

simply put... the migs are for rough fight and the others not... check the workmanship on the migs.. i think they used hammers to get them in... the hornet is crafted beautifuly... the philosophy is "if you crash it... jump into another = migs" hornets and others like it dont have that philosophy

f-18 super hornet is a 4.5 gen fighter like the mig-35,su-37 n su-35..only difference is ruski fighters av thrust vectoring n super hornet doesnt..but what super hornet av over the ruski fighter is better radar,advance avionics n a much better ground attack n BVR capability than ruski t-vector fighters,,also,dont you know a f-15 manage to beat a indian su-30mki at red flag 2008,not in a dogfight,but better BVR capability the yanks av over ruski fighters,so dont judge by maneuverability mate..

also folks..put 'F-18E/F Super Hornet with 6500 pounds loadout demonstration!" here on youtube..its show superhornet great maneuverability when fully loaded..me never seen a su-37 demo that its loaded wit bombs n missiles..all i see from ruski is a clean su-37,not a loaded 1..
