Could also we say simply that "physical reality" is not based on "physical matter" but solely on the experience that something appears real, and that experience consists solely of interpretation of data by an individuated consciousness. Even data recorded by current machine technology has NO impact on the probable reality that is actualized until the recorded data is actually experienced by an individuated consciousness.
