This was a one evening DXpedition 40 miles from my home. I wanted to see how quiet this location was and how well I could hear distant radio stations. Static from distant storms made listening difficult, but I like this place. It has great potential. I'll be back!

  • Gander!! 9-11-01 Newfies to the rescue! rock on!!

  • Great vid, thanks

  • Congratulations but... for LF band you need a converter. IC-706 is not very sensitive under 500 kHz. Please, look my vids about LF/VLF and MW and note the signal intensity with my home made converter. 73 de Enrico, IW3FZQ
