  • Why is it so important that you speak about the difference between Black people? There will always be different complexions. Hardly anyones race is pure ,doesnt make one more important than another. If you have one drop of black it shouldn't be a problem or a reason to defend who you are unless you feel inferior, and you have to spend excessive time on the internet explaining how you are mixed with something else.

  • @spikyspiky100

Why can't You just appreciate the video and stop being so negative..You apparently know nothing about Creoles or their Culture. Stop making all these negative assumptions ..Why can't You appreciate People for what they are and stop making all these non sensable remarks..You obviously need to learn more about People and their Cultures..Not all People are the same ..You should appreciate it..

  • interesting.... Nubians are black, and the first ancient egyptians as well as later ancient egyptians, pre- invasions were black

  • Nobody here is in denial of their Blackness but What the message is , is that We are Creoles and we are mixed Race and we are different .Of Course we Are of the Black race but Not all Black Africans look the same and they don't all live in the same Country..There is diversity in Africa and their is Diversity here in America ..How come when someone who is light complected stands up an say's he;'s proud of his Ancestry He is in denial. Nubians are Black and So are Creoles but We are still Creoles

  • I love your videos Augustine

  • Thank you so much for the encouraging words...I appreciate Your honesty and You make Me feel that there,s someone out their that seems to be headed in the right direction

  • Most African Americans have mixed ancestry too. And there's no such thing as "black people come in different colors" or a "light skinned black". That's an oxymoron statement. Light skinned mixed person is the accurate statement. Black has always meant a dark skinned group of African people with curly/coarse hair and there is no "one drop rule" in Africa. Having some African ancestry does not make one a black person no more than having some European ancestry make one a white person.

  • There's no such thing as an African race as you have Africans of different racial/ethnic backgrounds who have been living on the continent for hundreds of years like Arabs, Asians, Europeans, etc. And the word Africa comes from a white man. Originally they were not referring to themselves in terms of a continent rather their tribe. That's why I say part West African and not just African. Yes most West Africans tend to look more black than the East/North Africans.

  • It just goes to show just how much power and cause and effect Racism has had on this planet. It has been one of the strongest forces on this planet to divide Man kind. I believe we are getting better. :-)

  • bless you. my brother!

  • Thank you for touching a subject that no one likes to talk about. I am from a mixed race family too. We are proud of all our mixtures. My family comes from the Caribbean with Scottish, African, EastIndian and Spanish/Egyptian in there too.

Keep the research coming about Mulattos and Creoles and be alway proud.:)

  • Augustine... you rock ..dude!!!Lol

  • @Robeltoable Really I should have said "Afrakans can vary in color and not all full blooded Afrakans are super dark. The oldest blood line in South Afraka, the Khoisan are a little more lighter complected but they still have Afro hair texture and that is the only unique black racial trait, not dark skin as Indians and some Asians also have dark skin. But for the most part "black" in Afraka refers to dark skin with Afro hair texture.

  • Mulatto is used in some Caribbean countries, Latin America, some European countries and Africa. Its not a derogatory term. They are multi-generation Mulatoes also, Mulattoes inter marrying. Dont let Black America(its mostly Blacks opposition) brain wash you in saying its archaic and used only in plantation days. Creole is another word used for mixed race folks with Black ancestry.
