CIA is not part of the U.S. Government. Thy are pert of the Private Corporation called the Federal Reserve just like the IRS, etc.

First, Bin Laden worked for the US and the CIA. After the collapse of the Iron Curtain, he went over to Somolia to help out the UN. April 2001 was his last US issued paycheck, and May 2001 the CIA doctors in Saudi Arabia gave him the portable dialisys machine that we saw him with in the videos post 9/11. This occured AFTER he was named as a suspect in the USS Cole bombings. He was WANTED by the US and the US/CIA gave him medical treatment and released him.
