  • This is really helpful! I'm very pigeon-toed so my ankles are weak and it does throw off my alignment. Thanks for sharing this practice :)

  • Exactly--try walking with your toes more forward [not all the way forward at first, as this can be too much for your muscles...when you walk and stand all day long. This will help reset your body a lot.
