According to the Aug. 10th Fullerton Police press release, Chief Sellers is taking medical leave. Kevin Hamilton is the new police chief of Fullerton.
More paid leave for Fullerton tax payers.

The City of Fullerton is paying $76,000.00 a month to the 6 cops who killed Kelly Thomas to sit at home and drink beer (stay-cation = stay at home vacation).
That's $12,666.00 per month per cop. Multiply that by 12 months and these cops make more than $150,000.00 a year.
These cops and their union are laughing at you the American taxpayer all the way to the bank; mocking you and calling you a sucker.
