My Touch 3G apps2sd rooted(1.6 Donut)

My Touch 3g on Rooted Donut 1.6 with APPS2SD and partitioned SD card. Ran HTC Hero ROM which runs quite nicely, but Donut 1.6 is was better IMO. If you have any questions, please post in comments.

my mytouch 3g came with stock 1.6 so the only way i can root it is to use the "goldcard method", does anybody know a different way?

@MrKevin001111 If you have the old my touch, same one i got w/o the 3.5mm headphone jack then you can basically downgrade it to 1.5 and then root.

@gustavoavazquez This was made before Droid was out. Yes. Droid has better hardware, but software is basically identical to what Nexus One runs, or any other new android phone.

@27kwanchi Root the phone and grab it off the market, SetCPU. To Partition SD card you could install AmonRA recovery image, which allows you to do it.

i dont know about yall but im running a rooted samsung behold 2 w/BH_MAN_DONUT_R11 Galaxy 1.6! and its the best ! GOTS LIKE 10x better batterry life and the market is better cause it has 1.6 and got screenshots plus soo much free memory !
