WINNER! BEST ACTION BAKURETSUCON '09 In all honesty there isn't much that needs to be said about this video... It pretty much speaks for itself... A video that more or less writes itself. I wasn't overly happy with it... but I couldn't be bothered to work on it any more than I have... Damn I'm Lazy. Yet another rush of Perverse Brilliance from the acclaimed Hula-loop's Studios. This video will be "Officially Released" for Bakuretsucon '09 however I figured I would get it uploaded early for all my loyal fans... and so I don't have to bother with it at the convention.

@xltattoolx yeah well I'm not from Ohio... last years attendance numbers were around 17,000 people. at the end of the day I'm not saying this was a spectacular video and it certainly wasn't one of my best but, it doesn't have the problems you said it had. Then again I don't see YOU making anything decent... so until you sit down and make a "High Quality" AMV I'm going to assume you don't know what you are talking about and disregard you as a Troll as I had originally called it.

Northeastern Ohio has tiny little conventions that anyone can be a judge at, or participate in. You do NOT know what makes a good amv, or you'd make one. I don't care if you think I'm a troll. Go for it. Be wrong about that, too. Your amv is still something average...at that. Get over it. Have a nice life. Try harder and one day you might make something half-decent.

@xltattoolx as I said before What makes you an expert??? as for me I have Best of show winners, best category winners, have been a Contest coordinator, contest technical judge. and contest pre-screener for the largest convention in the northeastern US... as well as being an editor. I know what makes a good AMV... so you didn't like this video... since you have only your own opinion and no technical ground to stand on you are serving only as a troll... End of conversation

@xltattoolx tho I am sure I can dig thru and find some contest quality submissions and compare to be sure... but I'm not here to pick apart a not unreasonable editors videos. and JP productions IIRC has some good editors... either way you obviously cant point out any technical errors in the video aside from that you didn't like the song and how the video was put together... It is a relatively simple cut video and all the effects I used are as they should be... INVISIBLE!

I am familiar with Krillin's work and went back and watched some videos just to be sure and you will notice a lot of the same thing I did in this video clean simple cross-fades and dips to black... not unreasonable lyric sync tho there was some that wasn't imho quite right tho that could have been due to lag as i was streaming it as a preview. also I ignored te footage quality as it is distribution quality

Troll for pointing out my opinion? Please, lol. Some of the best amv makers on youtube are no longer on youtube. One being KrillinTheVillin. Who is nothing less than a pure genius. JP Productions has also supported massively talented creators. Yours is run of the mill. Barely average. Clips. Song. Basic sync. Blah blah. Label me a troll if you feel it necessary, but the fact still remains.

@xltattoolx You have yet to point out any technical aspects that may support your point of view. Patting my own back? PLEASE! I have just stated facts. By all means tell me what YOU think makes a good AMV and what you think is someone who knows how to make AMV's and then I will list my accolades... thus offering proof that I do indeed know what I am talking about. You won't get a rise out of me.  But as they say... Put up, shut up, or be labeled a troll. BTW What makes you such an expert?

@xltattoolx Oh NO! on the contrary. I simply expect that critiques be accurate and supported by facts... for example you said I used "Random clips on repeat" In fact most of those clips were carefully selected as appropriate to the lyrics of the song... Also I don't repeat my clips. In fact I tried to ensure that I didn't accidentally reuse footage at all. There are many portions of this video that were frame by frame edited... Please tell me WHERE you THINK I made mistakes. Enlighten me...

Not a troll. Just picky. And seriously...it's barely an average amv. If you did try, then you must be completely new to making amv's. Plus, if you're not open to criticism, then disable comment. It's almost inevitable to get people who "troll," or say things you don't agree with.
