At first you think it's absurd. terrorists are extremely dangerous! ... The thing is though, there are so, very, very few of them... But air contaminants are ubiquitous. A little bit of coal in the air? *everybody* gets to die sooner, and be sick as a dog leading up to it. The US is ranked 50th for life expectancy at birth among Portugal, Bosnia, Panama, Costa Rica, and Cuba. Interesting to note that the countries ranked at the top have socialized health care. Living longer means more of a strain on social security, doesn't it?
