A roof leak damaged a 4'x10' area in this ceiling and a 18'x 10' area in the wall. We demolished the damaged areas. The wall was bleached to kill any existing mold. The R-4 vapor barrier was replaced along with the r-30 insulation in the ceiling. The drywall was replaced. I sprayed popcorn back on the ceiling patch. The entire wall was sprayed with orange peal texture to match the existing wall texture. The wall was then primed and painted. Finally the base board was replaced with new material and the patch looks like it never happened!!
