Gauntlet Dark Legacy - Lich w/ legend item

Gauntlet Dark Legacy; Midway; PS2; Difficulty: Hard

This video will show my gameplay as the Green Archer using the Book of Protection to face the Lich.

No damage was taken during the battle.

Although I used the bright blue lighning potion in the battle, I did not delete this video. The camera angle is not too close and the Archer's magic is relatively low. As a result, the lightning magic will not be too big to cause too much problems. Please be careful though while viewing this video though, especially if you are one who suffers easily from dizziness, eye problems, epileptic seizure, or any other health condition.

Wait, can you beat the Lich without the good book??

BTW, the Lich is still IMO easy without the Good Book compared to the other bosses without their respective Legend Items (Chimera, Spider Queen, Yeti, and Wraith I am looking at you.)

Your kidding right? Any boss is easy to beat with out any of the legendary items. What are we playing two different games here?

@Zagubadu I actually agree with you with all of the bosses being easy.

What I meant is to how much work you have to put in to dodge attacks.

- ALL of the Lich's attacks can be dodged, but he is still not to be underestimated.

- Chimera is versatile since he has three heads to avoid.

- The Spider Queen is fast.

- The Yeti has attacks that are hard to avoid and/or need to be blocked.

- The Wraith is not only unpredictable, but strong.

Bosses are easy, but I also play with skill.

@SigmaSudou you kidding me? he was a pain in the ass...then again, youre atleast level 30 there and i was about level 14 :O

@wafflessmellgood It doesn't really matter what level you are for the Lich. As long as you can dodge attacks like the way the video showed (and block/charge if necessary), you can win against the Lich at even the lower levels.

When i was like, eight i used to play this game on 4 player with my brother and our friends... when we killed him after like a million tries one person would end up stealing all the coins and it was like WTF?!??

@Zagubadu True, it's hilarious to just mash on the attack buttons. But learning to block will save your tail if you ever decide to play the arcade version. You get in the habit of saving HP when it's costing you quarters, LOL.

u defeated the lich and recovered his shard u have every rune stone in the game so i dont know why i keep telling you this

GOD when he pulls his axe out of the ground it looks so badass, it's as if he's saying "BRING IT ON, BITCH!" =D
