I really don't get why so many venues are 21up. If they tried this with sports venues (which thrive on $9 a beer sales) there would be riots. Most Houston small music venues are 18/21 up. Whats sad is underage bands will actually play them. I wonder if these beurocrats plan on applying this to large music venues/halls. Could you see Britany Spears being 21-up. Actually, that might be a good thing for todays youth.
