EarthBound Walkthrough: Onett Part III

Now that Frank's beaten take his advice and visit the mayor in city hall. Answer "No" to his question and he'll give you the key to the tourists shack. Before going to the cave go home and talk to your mom to restore your health and PP fully and stop at the burger shop to stock up on food. Once healed go back to the library and follow the path north this time to find the shack. Use the key on it to unlock the door, before talking to the guys in red to earn the travels charm which is armor for the body. Once ready enter the shack to gain access to the cave.
