haha, so untrue. i played computer games on a PC and on a Mac, and they were the same, except for the fact that the Mac was easier to use with better graphics.
Um.... no. The Mac is incredible. With iPhoto you can tag people's faces, and find more pictures of them as well as sorting pcitures into events and having the ability to use your pictures in order to make your own picture book, calendar, or card.
iMovie has cool effects like slowmo, voiceover, fast speed, reverse direction, color changes, sepia, all kinds of stuff, including excellent transitions, cool fonts and easy editing. iWeb let's you make websites, iDVD allows you to make DVD's and....
ummm... yea, gaming is kind if the only upside about PC. Mac is the best and organizing and editing video and photo. It is also a better movie maker. And frankly, it's faster and doesn't get viruses or bugs too.
The sad thing is, though, Mac's play games fine. I have gone on Mini-Clip, Addictinggames, and several other sites and played games perfectly fine on my Mac. I also bought the Sims 3 for Mac, and I love it.
Macs antiviral system is very simple, I call it the "paranoid" method. It's where you're so paranoid of viruses and spyware, that you don't let anyone (but the designers) program on it.
I wouldn't say it's an outright lie. It's just that they're only telling part-truths. Yes, windows is more susceptible to viruses than macs, but a good, free AV and a smart use that knows not to download "cleanyourpc.exe" can ensure that you never get a virus, and that if you do, you can get rid of them with something like Spybot Search and Destroy.
On top of that, I agree, Mac's restriction for people to code a lot of viruses for it gives the user and developers for it a lot of limitations.
