Bashir is dense, that's all. That step is not something most people can learn in 2 minutes. Like the running man you need to do it slowly and awkwardly at first until you get the feel of the movement. Then you speed it up. Like a golf swing (for the golfers).

well Bashir is already a a**hole, and he was rude to Michael. He did a documentary on Michael a few years back, and made Michael look like he was just so "weird".
