  • this guy speaks the truth

  • He didnt mention sleeping well at night, and eating 6-8 low fat high protein meals per day every 2 hours and all the other stuff you have to take. going to the gym and pumping weights isnt enough. its a lifestyle

  • @falkon14 I think he was tryna be specific.. since most people who are watchin' this vid probably already know the basics!

  • @falkon14 The title is called "best way to grow muscle" not "best way to look good"

  • so more reps?

  • Great point man, i really didint think about it like that. Thank you .

  • in reality u should have all of ur lifts written down before you hit the gym and write your weight down as you go

  • (2) if i'm just gonna add more reps and sets to my work out plan is that gonna help?? please answer my question. thank you very much.. JR.

  • Hi! first of all your video is the only one that answered all of my questions. this is a great tips to all the beginners. This video is so True. Now, just wanna ask some questions.. I'm just working out at home i have bench press dumbell(20lbs/each) barbell(100lbs) and i am trying to save money to go to gym. and bcuz i can't add no more weight on my dumbell or barbell is it ok

  • so true

  • QUESTION!! Are you saying we should add more reps? or add more of the weight? I mean it doesn't make sense to add weight each workout. And also if we should add more reps how many should I add?
