Actually. Half of my Italian side goes back to France. You are certainly not Germanic although there may be some Germanic influence. And you are most definetley not Celtic.
@StuntKing909 Even if your cursed ancestors(the romans) push on us their language,we are not related with you,don patillo!Us,French,w are celts and germans, nothing else.
There's nothing to agree on. It's a fact. They are apart of the Romance section of Europe and speak a Latin language making them Latin genetically and linguistically. Romanians are in a way related to Slavs as well as the Latin peoples. You have a lot in common with them like it or not.
@StuntKing909 I do not agree.French are not latin by DNA(excepted some parts of the south),but mostly celts and germans.Same way with romanians who are not latin too,but in fact dacian and slavic folk.
Romans were an invasive force(and an enemy as well),and as a French,i don't consider us like latin(excepted some aera near the pyrénées and the mediterranean sea),but rather celts and germans.
I don't hate Italians,Spaniards or portuguese, but i feel anything in common with them.
Once again, you are wrong. They are a Latin group genetically as well as linguistically. They are apart of the Romance group of Europe wether you like it or not. J1 barley exists in a lot of Euro countries including Italy. That doesn't mean it's not there. The most dominant Italian haplogroup is R1b by far. At a staggering 49% where J2 and certainly J1 is a minority. Almost all northern Italians and possibly some central can be related to the Swiss or Austrian.
@StuntKing909 French are not latins by dna,but celtics and germanics with several bonds with belgians, swiss and british. And you're wrong, because j1 almost doesn't exist in France(only 1,4%),and J2 is minimal(only 4%,mainly in the mediterranean parts). Most haplogroups in France are celtics and germanics(r1b L21,r1b S28,I2a,i2b,etc..).
Only some northern Italians(lombards and ligurians)and northern Spaniards(especially Asturian,Galician) are genetically related to French, swiss or belgian people.
Hate to tell you but the facts are concrete and proven. J2 reaches at an average of 7% in the French population with the highest values presiding in the "Ile-de-France" region (10.5%) which is in northern France as well as the Provence (9%) and Auvergne (8%) regions. J1 is also prevalent in different regions of France as well with the value being only slightly lower than Italy. All Latin people are related including the French/Italians/Spaniards more so than they are with Germanic Europe.
@StuntKing909 You show nothing excepted bullshit...
