The form is not done at full/performance speed as it was an instructional tape. This is Lama Pai Kung-Fu as taught to me by Grandmaster Chan Tai-San of Toi San, China. He was my teacher for almost 20 years until he passes away in 2004. (more)

  • where the the crane all i see is tiger ,snake,

  • Its' in there. They are not one after the other, they are all intergrated

  • some cool stuff in there mate. but i'd like to see some more flow between the techniques and some dynamics. but i think what is lacking most is natural movement; something a lot of martial artists neglect these days. good demo

  • Thanks. I understand what you mean. I appreciate the comments, these vids were shot 14 years ago and I think I look a bit stiff as well! They were instructional tapes and I think I made them a little 'disconnected' on purpose, as to show each individual move. But after all this time...I flow just a bit better today. Take care.

Because not everyone wants the same thing from the martial arts, and therefore this kind of training isn't "wasted". Learn that, and stop complaining when everyone doesn't share your desires and goals.

  • Why some martial practitioners waste theyre time with this kind of martial, it aint useful in a real fight!

  • i saw the crane

  • I appreciate the five animal forms the most., particularly if done by someone who shows horse to bow to horse to bow; or cat to horse to bow; and not rushed through were the footwork suffers.

  • The form is cuted. good form.

  • look like dancin lol!! :D

  • do you have a recent set? I'd like to see a form where you're not thinking as much ;)

  • good form
