Homemade Bow and Arrow

This is a short video of my son shooting his bow and arrow that he made out of a piece of birch wood and kite string. The arrow was made of a slender stick with pheasant feather fletching and an arrow point made of our own rocks which was sharpened with a file and dremel. Good job Noah!

I think your arrows were too stiff for the poundage of the bow. They need to flex upon release from this kind of bow, or they will not fly straight.
